Do CementSuppliers.net physically supply cement?

All Cement / Clinker Products are supplied directly by the cement Manufacturers in Pakistan ( household names ) so there are no dealer margins or commissions added to the cement Manufacturers FOB price, all payments are made directly to the cement Manufacturer by the cement buyer. Cementsuppliers.net Freight department in Karachi provide full shipping and logistics solutions to supply Cement directly to client specifications at very competitive prices!

Which countries do you export Cement to?

The short answer is any country in the world which has port facilities necessary to import Cement, I.E those with correct discharging rates etc. However our Manufacturer’s export ports are in Pakistan so realistically countries within reasonable shipping distance to those locations are where we are most able to offer unbeatable prices.

Why are your Cement prices cheaper than other places?

Simply there are no Middle-men or Agent/Broker added trading commissions which often inflate the prices of other suppliers considerably. Our prices are the actual FOB rates of the manufacturer’s, meaning if you were to contact the manufacturer yourself and request their current rates they would tell you exactly the same prices as we quote our clients. We offer a truly direct service, our clients receive manufacturer rates and together with our in-house,  Bulk Freight services we believe our prices are very difficult to beat.

Do CementSuppliers.net require an official LOI?

In order for us to issue you with any Manufacturers Pro-Forma Invoice, CementSuppliers.net will request an official Letter of Intent (LOI) after we have issued you a Soft Price Offer / Price Evaluation in response to your requirements, if you accept our Soft Price Offer we shall provide you with a draft LOI addressed to the Appointed Pakistan Cement Manufacturer, which you can then copy your Official Company Letter Head onto and sign.
The Purpose of the LOI is to request that the appointed Pakistan Cement Manufacturer issue an Official Pro-forma Invoice to your company based on the Soft Price Offer you accepted with cementsuppliers.net.

→ Know Your Customer (KYC)

Why does cementsuppliers.net undertake KYC on all client enquiries ?

 

Simply, cementsuppliers.net and their partner companies only deal with genuine companies.

When we receive a client enquiry our commercial office in the UK will undertake basic external KYC on the client making the enquiry, utilising our own internal Standard Operating Procedure ( SOP ), if we can not establish external reputable KYC information on your company the following procedures will apply:

  1. Client issued with New Client Application Form ( NCAF )
  2. Client Submits NCAF back to cementsuppliers.net
  3. Cementsuppliers.net issue Soft Price Offer ( SPO )
  4. Client accepts cementsuppliers.net SPO and wants to obtain official cement producer pro-forma invoice.
  5. Client must issue Official Letter of Intent ( LOI ) addressed to cement producer ( name and address of cement producer provided by cementsuppliers.net )
  6. Accompanying client LOI, a letter will be required from client buyers bank also addressed to cement producer, this is not Proof of Funds ( POF ) – the contents of this letter from the clients bank simply request the cement producer to make available their full banking co-ordinates in their official pro-forma invoice, so that client bank can communicate to cement producers bank.
  7. Cement producer official pro-forma invoice submitted to client buyer.

So at what stage does Commodity Solutions International Limited undertake KYC ?

1) Upon a client contacting cementsuppliers.net
and
2) Upon a client submitting an LOI to Commodity Solutions International Limited.

Does Commodity Solutions International Ltd (Cementsuppliers.net owner) Provide Freight Forwarding and NVOCC Services for any other Commodity Produced in Pakistan.
